2.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3.⁠ ⁠Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete business and KYC information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of API keys and account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding rewards, promotions, and data protection.

4.⁠ ⁠Account Funding & Redemptions

• Pre-Funding: You must pre-fund your GenZCash account with a minimum of ₹200,000 and a maximum of ₹1,000,000 per transaction.
• Redemption Requests: Your customers may request cash redemptions between ₹5,000 and ₹95,000 per transaction.
• Fees: You will only incur charges for successfully processed redemptions; there are no setup or subscription fees.

5.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by RSK. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information secure and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSK’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of redemption fees you have paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim. RSK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.⁠ ⁠Termination

• By Client: You may terminate your account at any time via written notice.
• By RSK: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, any outstanding redemption requests will be processed, and any remaining funded balance will be returned per our refund policy.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
